Cartoon Notes:

With Windows 98, you get IE 4.0. A fully integrated system that reduces your choice of Internet browsers. It will do things to you and your computer never before imagined. In effect, MS is dictating what you can use on your computer and what you use to access the Internet. Is that dangerous? When will he actually own the net? When will he begin charging you to access the Internet? It's already happening unless the DOJ puts a stop to it.

Think about it. This puts Gates in the category of "the most dangerous animals in the world."
