I downloaded the version 4.0 browser for Windoze a few days ago, installed it, and had a problem getting PMMail to work with it. So I sent a message to the Opera team noting this and took the opportunity to comment on the lack of progress on the OS/2 version.

The response I received was:

"The OS/2 is not dead, it's very alive, but a bit behind the curtains right now."

There's a small piece of good news I thought we should share with the user community. Opera has been pretty limp about keeping the porting page updated.
